oui... css de gaes.. heard that you ppl stop gae-ing as much after xctry... how can stop gaeing after the senior gae-ers leave?! GAE LAH! muz continue the gaeing legacy that we have passed down..

commonwealth athletics de life and death depends on you ppl man! who cares who's the coach... most important is urself ma.. i understand jackie's goin.. :'( aiya.. u mean u ppl cannot do it with 1 less person meh? a team not only got 1 person leh... muz jiayou lor.. still got quite some time b4 the nxt nationals.. ill be there ok.. dun slack! :P lose oso muz lose with face.. lose oso muz lose with pride ma.. at least try your best lor.. DUN GIVE UP! THE TEAM WONT DIE! at least for me.. thats wad i think is most important as an athlete la.. not everyone will win ma... its been a tiring but really memorable journey in athletics these four years... though i've never achieved any national-level awards.. i feel really happy to have been part of commonwealth athletics. ill be organising a 4 days 3 nights athletics chalet for ppl who wanna gae... dunwanna gae.. dun come! lol.. end of year.. hopefully it works out.. :P
